Investor Responsibilities:

Business Development: Investors will financially sponsor a group of Life Insurance Sales Agents within the agency.
Licensure: Investors must meet state licensing requirements including the ability to pass a background check. The investor must have previously obtained their license, or have the aptitude to pass the State Life Insurance Licensing Exam in the state where they reside (2-14 Life Insurance Agent License or 2-15 Life & Health License). The investor must also finance their ability to obtain a non-resident life insurance license in up to 46 additional states, approximately another $5,000

Financial Capability: Investors must present a minimum $150,000 investment, the ability to make payment in full, and looking for a minimum 2-5 year investment.
