Opportunity Details:
Life Insurance Sales Agent (1099 Independent Contractor Status)
Our Life Insurance Sales Agent ensures that protecting families through high-quality financial services remains our #1 priority. This is a Hybrid position. Agents primarily work in an office environment at least 95% of the time but are exclusively remote in their interactions with prospects and clients. There are no in-home visits, no field work, and no outbound calling required in this role.
Work Hours:
Currently, Mon-Thu from 9:00am - 6:00pm ET, and Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm ET. Regular meetings are scheduled 1 morning per week at 8:15 am ET and a conference call every other week at 8:15am. Our agents have their evenings, weekends, and holidays off to enjoy with their families.
Compensation:
This is a lucrative business opportunity unlike any other in the financial service industry. Our average agent more than doubles the national average in monthly production & sales of a typical Life Insurance Agent. We offer the most lucrative opportunity in the Life Insurance space and do not push our agents to "Hustle & Grind", we believe in a work-life balance while still being able to make 6 figures through our proven and efficient inbound lead system, and sales process that we have fine-tuned. Compensation is 100% commission with opportunities for commission increases based on consistent performance to meet or exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
Work exclusively with warm, inbound lead prospects, receiving on average 8-15 inbound calls per day, primarily from prospects who already have life insurance and are seeking service to their current life insurance policy; and secondarily, from prospects who are actively shopping for life insurance.
Utilize a Client-Centric Approach to Sales and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills for assessing prospects’ financial situations and health status, identifying their needs, and proposing suitable life insurance solutions while providing exceptional support.
Access the rates of over 40 different life insurance carriers and match prospects and their families to the best options available for them in the marketplace.
Utilize consultative selling techniques in conjunction with our proven sales process and scripts.
Remain coachable & process-oriented at all times. Your ability to receive coaching with a humble attitude and apply instructions from leadership, including the ability to follow an established sales process, ‘learn by doing’ to master the process, and establish competence through ongoing repetition.
Operate as a supportive, contributing, high-value member of a high-performing sales team where members support one another's success and growth through accountability, collaboration, and information sharing.
Conduct yourself with integrity and ethics at all times. Adhere to the ethical standards of the financial services profession and state licensure. Ensure transparent and honest communication with clients, prioritizing their best interests.
Requirements & Qualifications:
This is a business opportunity. Sales Agents are independent contractors. This is not a job, but rather an opportunity to become a business partner within LionRock Financial Services. Therefore, a reasonable amount of time and financial investment on your part is required to start. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Meet state licensing requirements including the ability to pass a background check.
Must have the ability to afford or access financing for start-up capital investments.
You must already have obtained, or have the aptitude to pass the Florida State Insurance Licensing Exam to obtain an insurance license ‘2-14 Resident Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts) Agent License’ via the Florida Department of Financial Services (2-15 licenses also acceptable). We will cover the cost of the state pre-licensing study course.

Sales experience strongly preferred, not required:
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a preference for experience in direct sales, although not required

Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning:
Willingness to learn in-depth knowledge of various life insurance products, ability to make rapid decisions about the best product(s) available for prospects after discovery, ability to explain products and policy features to prospects in lay terms.
Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and perfecting your craft.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency with technology tools and software for remote communication, including softphone, PC, email, and CRM systems.
